By eliminatinating cravings and clearing the beliefs surrounding smoking, Hypnosis can help you successfully kick the smoking habit once and for all.
Our Quit Smoking Program is three hypnosis sessions designed to address your personal issues and triggers in relation to smoking. Everyone is different and the sessions are tailored for you personally. This is not a one size fits all program. EFT, Psych-K, or BodyTalk may be incorporated into the program. There are, however, several things that you can do to make your transition easier.

Here are a few things that you can do during this process, to support your decision and commitment to becoming a non-smoker for life:
- change your routine, if you used to smoke after dinner, go for a walk instead
- drink more water, as it will help your body to detox
- remove all smoking paraphenalia from your environment, out of sight, out of mind
- avoid being around people who smoke (temporarily, until your new, non-smoking habit is in place)
- use mouthwash after meals to freshen your mouth, instead of smoking
- chew gum, carry toothpicks
- keep your hands busy with a hobby
- focus on Success!
